End of Summer update

Hi friends!
Sorry it's been sooo long! So much has changed but one thing remains the same: we are so in love with little Abby! She captures our hearts daily and we are humbled by the gift of her in our lives.

Here's an update: Roger is still working hard at Cox and watching Abby a few days a week while I'm at school or work. I am starting my second semester in the nursing program in a few weeks. Abigail is sprouting up before our very eyes and astonishing us daily. Tonight I found her in bed counting her toes. She can count to eight now and likes to play with the soccer ball.

Winter Update!

It's been so long since we've posted! Abby had her first birthday (which she enjoyed) and her first cake (which she didn't enjoy-not much for cake I guess!) Although it was her second Christmas, it felt like her first since she was a newby last year! She loves playing with her new toys, helping out in the kitchen (or on the countertop!) and she likes trying shoes on all the time. She can say about 12 words now and she loves to wave bye-bye. Here are some pics of the last few months! We also went to the Chargers playoff game in San Diego with our friends Rueben and Dana. It was a blast!

10 months and walking!

Abby continues to amaze us! This month she has been walking everywhere. She got her first pair of real walking shoes from her Gret-Grandma Betty in San Diego. She is 17 pounds of energy! We are having so much fun with her.
